Important Notice: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your work schedule and shift history, shift coverage requests and history, and all personal data associated with your account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and profile details
- Employment Data: Company association, role, and employment status
- Schedule Data: All assigned shifts, schedule history, and availability preferences
- Communication History: Shift coverage requests and notifications
- App Usage Data: Settings and preferences
How to Request Data Deletion
Choose your preferred method to submit a data deletion request:
Required Information
To process your data deletion request, please provide:
- Account Email: The email address associated with your TimeWise account
- Company Name: The organization you're associated with in TimeWise
- Identity Verification: We may ask for additional verification to protect your privacy
- Reason (Optional): Help us improve by sharing why you're leaving
Deletion Process Timeline
Request Received
We'll confirm receipt of your request within 24–48 hours.
ID Verification
May take 1–3 business days for security purposes.
Data Deletion
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Confirmation
A final confirmation email will be sent to you once deletion is complete.
Your Rights
Under applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the right to:
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Receive confirmation of data deletion
- Export your data before deletion
